Welcome to Our Blog!

If you’ve made it this far, you know a little something about the all new Mornings page at nbc30.com. That, in and of itself, says something about for your intellect, resourcefulness… or maybe your level of boredom.

We will strive to keep our highly-caffeinated ramblings on the straight and narrow, but there will be contributors here from every aspect of our morning team: anchors, reporters, directors, producers, production staff and perhaps even the vending machine guy… so I can’t make any guarantees.

The idea is to give you a window into the zaniness that comes with waking up every morning before 3am, eating lunch at 7:30 and hitting the proverbial “wall” by noon. Plus, we will provide some added analysis, commentary or observations about stories that we cover on air.

We always like to get feedback, and we all have pretty thick skin so bring us your best shot. We can take it. (I think.)

So welcome to our world of sleep deprivation. It can be a little bizarre, so consider yourself forewarned.

Brad … condolences on the Mets. As a Red Sox fan I completely understand. Forgive RS fans, though, for moving on to the next season … we have many years of pent up celebration itching to get out!

  3. Hey Brad,Bummer about the mets, but I must say as a philadelphia native, I am quite happy to see the phillies make the post season for the first time since 93! I can leave you with our Redsox words of comfort… There’s always next year!

Thanks for the condolences about the Mets. I’m over it already, so now I can focus on my beloved NY Knicks…they’re not dealing with any problems, are they?
